Families > Search is an extremely powerful search tool and allows the user to select from a huge variety of family search criteria. All of the search criteria are found in the The Family Record on the various tabs.
Business Scenario
Use the search criteria Has credit cards that are missing or expired to find families who are set up for credit card payments, but have a problem with their card. This will search for families with an ePayment type of 'Credit Card' whose cards are missing, currently expired, or expiring next calendar month.
