Delete / Edit Hours of Operation

Entering Exceptions will only affect student billing if you use Generate Attendance and their Tuition Rate is based on Actual Attendance.

  1. Go to Tools > Edit Settings > Hours of Operation.
  2. To delete any hours, use the trash can icon next to the line of the hours to delete.
  3. To edit any hours, select the time entry that you wish to change, make the edit, and Save Changes.
You can add Exceptions to your Hours of Operation (such as holidays) to prevent attendance from being entered on these days. Exceptions will only prevent attendance from being recorded through the Clock > Generate Attendance function. If you use the Clock to record attendance then student's can still be clocked in and out on Exception days and will be billed accordingly.
