Sending attachments in emails can cause an email to be undeliverable due to constraints such as size limitations or virus concerns. For this reason Jackrabbit offers the ability to link to a file that is stored in the cloud. With this, the 'actual' attachment does not need to be sent with each individual email, email size is kept low, and spam filters are not having to scan the files for viruses. See Email Attachments and Images for more details on how to link to files and insert images into your emails.
