Information that the parent types into the Event "Additional Information" text box on the Event Web form will be shown in the notification email that your Organization receives. You can also see it by looking at the original Event registration -- on the Family MISC tab, click "View Registrations", then find the original Event Web Reg, and click the "View" link beside it. There you can see the entire contents of that Event registration, including anything entered in the Additional Infomation text box.
