Point to Staff in the menu bar and click Search to create a report using a variety of search criteria.
Clickable links on the report allow you to move to other areas of information. Click the First or Last Name to go the the specific staff member's Staff record. Click the Weekly Calendar or Calendar links to go to an instructor's Weekly or Monthly View calendar. Click the Classes link to display an instructor's Classes tab. Note: If the staff member is not an instructor and you have set their Instructor setting (on the Summary tab of the Staff record) to No, they will not appear on the calendars.
Print, Export, or Refresh the screen using the appropriate button.
Use the Show/Hide Columns button to customize the search results to display only the information that is important to you.
