Exceptions to Hours of Operation

Create Exception Reasons

  1. Point to Tools > Edit Settings > Drop-down Lists > Exceptions
  2. Use Add Row to create new reasons - example: Christmas, Spring Break, Special Holiday, Teacher In-Service.
  3. Use Delete to remove any you don't want to keep.
  4. Save Changes.

Add Exceptions

  1. Select the calendar icon in the Exceptions? column in Tools > Edit Settings > Hours of Operation.
  2. The current month's calendar opens.
  3. Locate the date you want to add the exception, and click Add.
  4. Enter the Close Time Start and Close Time End, the Date Through, and Reason.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click OK.
